Actively certified individuals require 45 credits for aPHR®/aPHRi™ OR 60 credits for PHR®/PHRi™/SPHR®/SPHRi™/GPHR®/PHRca®); all credentials require 1 hour of ethics. All your recertification activities must be HR-related to qualify. In general, if an activity can be tied to the specific HRCI Exam Content Outline associated with your designation and adds to a professional’s knowledge of the HR field, it will be awarded recertification credit. When you submit your recertification application, you must show how the activities are all HR-related. LearnFormula is recognized by HRCI to offer "Units" Credit Type "re-certification credit hours toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ re-certification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).”
