About This Course

This online training is designed to help your supervisors learn how to stop bullying, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace using behavioral psychology techniques.

This is not your standard harassment training that covers the law but doesn’t provide your staff with actionable intelligence. Instead, this course teaches them about harassment behavior, and how to manage it using behavioral science so that they can gain control, and actually protect themselves and their staff if/when it happens.

It is recommended that companies with over 50 employees provide their employees with sexual harassment training every two years. At a minimum, you should be training your supervisors, but it is wise to train everyone.

Humanist Learning Systems offers sexual harassment training that will not only satisfy your compliance requirements but help you do so in a way that truly empowers your employees.
