About This Course

In this course the audience will be introduced to the adjustment of status process through marriage to a US citizen. We will go over what the legal requirements are to adjust, what forms and documents are required, how to fill out the forms, how to put the packet together, what happens after you file, what things will come up while the case is pending, how to prepare for the interview at USCIS, what will happen at the interview, and what happens after the interview. This course will prepare a newer practitioner for their first adjustment of status case.
